Our professional cleaners and stagers will come into your house and make sure everything is exactly where it needs to be to help your home sell for top dollar.

 

As a potential buyer is walking through your house it is important for them to be able to picture the house as their new home. The best way to do this is to remove as many personal items as possible and move furniture to its optimal location to show how the floor plan is best used. This can be a daunting task for our clients as they are preparing to sell their home. This is why we will do it for you. One less thing to worry about during a stressful time. 

 

After the initial home listing preparation the cleaning company will come back before showings begin and will come once a week until the home is under contract to make sure the house is always ready for showings. The final cleaning will be when you move out and will leave the house nice and fresh for the new owners!
