Liza was a phenomenal agent. She recommended I get a sewer scope during the inspection period even though nothing came up on the general report. This ended up saving me THOUSANDS of dollars. Half of the sewer line was in terrible condition and needed to be replaced immediately. She negotiated getting this repair paid for by the seller. It was a major undertaking. I am so grateful she recommended this and saved me from having to do that repair myself in the future! I love my home and would recommend her to anyone.

I couldn't believe that she help me find the perfect house in this market. Liza showed me several options that was really hard to choose but the last house was the perfect one. So our journey began with Liza around November of 2020, we were having terrible experiences with other realtors trying to convince us why we should buy something we didn’t want. When we found Liza, she wanted to know about my fiancé and I as well as what we were hoping to find and why. This helped her filter down to what we needed. While our closing day on the purchase was in May of 2021 on a new build, she ultimately found for us the home we were searching for. Her team was very open and transparent with communication and on top of everything. Not only did Liza help us find our new home, she helped sell the one we were in and negotiated effectively with the buyers to ensure we got a solid and strong sale on that home to transition to the new one and the next stage in our lives. Many times you can feel overwhelmed and out of sync but when you find someone that’s actively working hard in your best interest, life becomes a lot easier. She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from the making the offer, to working with the mortgage banker especially for a first time home owner ! Liza is very honest, upfront, and was able to find us a great home that fit right in my price range. She extremely easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times. This made it really easy to move in less than 3 months!
Liza is professional and knowledgeable about real estate. Her communication skills are excellent. If she was not able to answer her phone she always returned my call with in ten minutes. She understood what I was looking for in a home and only showed me homes that she knew I would be interested in. In other words she did not waste my time showing me homes that did not meet my criteria. It was a wonderful experience working with a realtor that was honest and respectful. Liza is an amazing realtor, when we found out we were moving in just over a month (military) she helped us find a home on a very short timeline. She was always there to help, and always took our calls and was happy to explain everything, and really did everything to make things as seamless as possible.
